Unprofessional and unreliable agents I had a very poor experience with Whome Group when trying to inspect a room. The agents were unresponsive and unreliable. An inspection was confirmed for Saturday at 1:15 PM, but no one showed up. After waiting and trying to call and message, I was told “I’m coming down,” but the agent never arrived or replied again. My time was completely wasted. I would not recommend Whome Group.
