Walked in with cash in hand, and the employee said, "sorry, we don't take cash." As I turned to leave, I saw the sign on the ice cream cooler. Walked out. I am glad he let me know before I ordered.
I wanted to love this place, it's so cute! But when we went we waited for 15 minutes to order (there was only 1 young kid working) only to be informed that they were out of vanilla ice cream which was what my friend's kids wanted. I wanted a banana shake & was going to get that, but was told he couldn't make it without vanilla ice cream? Perhaps in the future if something is out, there could be a sign stating that.
Great flavors, incredibly kind staff, and they even had dairy-free options for my daughter. Could ask for anything better
Amazing custard! We especially enjoyed our vanilla custard cone! However, this season they aren’t using their grill so there is only dessert.
We went on a Saturday afternoon. We've been coming here for years, but it's been a while. I missed the outdoor seating on the grass and was disappointed by the experience overall. Firstly, they were out of chocolate ice cream. Then, I found out they were out of soft serve vanilla. Later, my wife and I both used the restroom when leaving. In the men's bathroom, the sink wasn't draining and there were no paper towels. In hers, there were no paper towels.
