Truly one of the best instructors around. She is dedicated to her craft and it really shows. Highly recommended to take classes with her, whether you are beginner or full on Yogi.
Elena conducts very good classes, I enjoy them very much. During the class she gradualy prepares your body from simple warm ups to more chalenging postures. Also has good understanding of students limits and how to work with them. Doing classes regulaly I noticed good progress in strength, flexibility and calm state of mind.
I always enjoy my amazing yoga lessons with Elena! Her unique integrative method will captivate you right away. Highly recommend !!!
