I was there with my husband on Thursday August 7th. I left abruptly because I you helped me finish extend release from trauma ( rape from from my uncle and molestation from my mother). I released the end of being violated. I was not in my body when it ended. I had to go outside for air. I have been to counseling for years for many traumatic episodes in my life. My teenager and I both see therapists at this practice, and we couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is unmatched—calm and inviting from the moment you walk in. They also offer incredible workshops that add so much value. As an Autistic adult, finding a practice that truly supports and listens to you is rare, but this place does just that. After years of searching, I’m so grateful to have found them. Highly recommend!
