Absolutely phenomenal coaching program. The knowledge level of the material presented is very high, and definitely different than what you hear everyday from other fitness types. Training sessions were effective, unique and safe. Reached my goals and had a great time doing it.
I find Ken at Wholistic Revolution to be very understanding, knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. I never feel judged despite there being a lot someone like him could judge me about. I immediately felt comfortable discussing medical and personal issues with him that I never discuss with anyone. In turn he knows exactly how to work with me so that I won’t overdo it and just give up. Ken is an amazing coach! He has really helped my daughter jillian achieve her goals on the ice and off. Thank for everything! Highly recommend Ken and his team.
Excellent facility. Excellent knowledgeable and credible trainers. Multiple types of classes and training. Coach Ken did an amazing job getting myself back physically and mentally after a setback. Coach Ken is a very dedicated person to his work. I definitely recommend this place if you want a new start to health!
