Been for a couple of osteopathic treatments at Wholistic Osteopathy and Wellness. Their team consists of osteopaths, acupuncturists, a Pilates instructor, counsellor and holistic nutritionist. Have seen Nicole Williamson for osteopathic manual therapy treatments ($150.00 + GST for 55 min). Like that she has evening availability (last slot is 7pm) and good pressure (more aggressive than regular osteopaths). Some of her techniques are similar to ART.

I knew I wanted to start Pilates but didn’t feel comfortable joining a group class without some guidance, so I began with a few introductory sessions with Noemie. What started as a short-term plan to build confidence has turned into weekly sessions for over a year. I didn’t even totally understand what exactly Osteo was when I booked my appointment but I am amazed. Nicole was BEYOND wonderful. I’m so impressed with how in tune she was with my body and how she knew exactly what I needed. I’ve already booked my next few appointments. If you’re considering Osteo I highly reccomend Nicole. She’s a magician. 10/10
