I think Dr Blessy means well but if you call her office to ask them anything, it's like talking to a bunch of idiots that don't understand me. How many times must I explain myself what I need. That's why I don't go there anymore. That office is terrible don't go there.
Dr Blessey Joesph is a wonderful doctor very caring and professional She takes the time to know her patients and treat them like people not a number her staff is always very friendly and accommodating
Let me start by saying that Dr. Blessy is an excellent physician, however i have never in my years if healthcare experience had the displeasure of dealing with such an absolutely incompetent and rude front desk staff. The girls who work at this office are 100% not interested in accommodating the most basic request such as pharmacy preference, and display a horribly rude attitude when i call to inquire about where my medications are. I just had an appointment with Dr. Sabu. I have to say the staff was excellent and extremely kind. The woman who does the blood work was so kind and gentle. As for the doctor, I have to say probably the best I've seen in 20 years. As a Dentist, I believe it is very important to establish a proper relationship with the patient and take time to listen to them.
