Dr Blessey Joesph is a wonderful doctor very caring and professional She takes the time to know her patients and treat them like people not a number her staff is always very friendly and accommodating
Let me start by saying that Dr. Blessy is an excellent physician, however i have never in my years if healthcare experience had the displeasure of dealing with such an absolutely incompetent and rude front desk staff. The girls who work at this office are 100% not interested in accommodating the most basic request such as pharmacy preference, and display a horribly rude attitude when i call to inquire about where my medications are. I just had an appointment with Dr. Sabu. I have to say the staff was excellent and extremely kind. The woman who does the blood work was so kind and gentle. As for the doctor, I have to say probably the best I've seen in 20 years. As a Dentist, I believe it is very important to establish a proper relationship with the patient and take time to listen to them. Extremely difficult to find a good south Indian doctor. The doctor is okay, I don’t mind her. Be warned though, she does ask personal questions that do not pertain to health, e.g, are you married? meanwhile you are not the patient and are there for your parent. This is probably why I hear young people avoid their practice. The biggest issue: Their staff is utterly incompetent!! Sometimes rude and extremely unorganized. They have no common sense or courtesy and clearly they don’t keep any notes because they constantly ask the... read more
