This is in regards to the review by Ben Kreilkamp (I just knew you were gonna make a bad review since you left right after this happened and so I snapped this picture) I was shopping in the store when this happened, and the owner was calm and courteous when explaining the furniture policy. Do Not bring your kids into this store they do not like them I am writing to share a concerning experience my family had while visiting your store recently. We understand and respect the signage stating that children are not permitted to play on the furniture. Our son was not playing—he was sitting calmly on a couch while we were actively supervising him. We were also careful to ensure that his shoes were not on the furniture. Slightly damaged, overstocked and close out items. Some bargains can be had. Update! I kept visiting. Sometimes every week, sometimes twice a month. Finally a sectional clicked! Got a nice discount and saved thousands off a big box price! Delivery was cheap and within 4 hours of the purchase. Delivery included set up and all was perfect!

Walked in a few months ago when they opened. Was greeted by an older gentleman. Looked around for a few mins… my daughter and I were looking at shampoos and all of sudden we hear “Put it down, it not a toy” lady we were just SMELLING the shampoo😂 Never again.
