I cannot recommend the installation company recommended by Wholesale Woodfloor Warehouse called Velasquez Flooring. After providing a quote that was accepted, Kevin (owner's son), while on site and beginning the job, told me he underbid the job by $400 and wanted to raise the bid. His father Willie said it was not necessary. The contract included replacing the baseboards. Willie suggested we use new baseboards and we agreed. The new baseboards cost $600 and when we pointed out that the labor was already included in the origi... read more

We ordered flooring and needed it shipped so they gave us a UPS quote then we wanted 5-6 day and paid more for shipping. We were told it would be here by Friday or Monday; it's now Wednesday so we call and they tell us it's through some private shipping company and the tracking says it's in Indiana; we are in PA. Now it won't be here till this Friday and install was scheduled for this weekend. Wood floors need to acclimate for a few days and now I have to cancel the installation and reschedule!
