Terrible experience, sold us a car with a lot of hidden issues not specified prior to purchase that essentially made it nonfunctional. Refused to reimburse for the money we lost trying to fix it up and only re-purchased the car back off us for half of what we bought it for. We only accepted this because we just wanted to cut our losses and move on as we need a vehicle asap since we only just moved over from nz. A really disappointing start to our move and would strongly advise against using this dealership.
These guys sold me a great van and at a great price and later when the van AC had issue months later they fixed out of their own pocket. They really care about the customer not just before the sale but after as well. The best in the business don’t even think about looking by elsewhere

I bought a Kia car from this seller about a year ago, and they sold it to me with a faulty transmission. Now I’ve been told I need to replace the whole transmission, which is very costly. Very disappointed with the way they sold me the car. I’ll never buy from them again – be careful, guys!
This dealer sold my partner a car that was unroadworthy and unsafe to drive and needed thousands of dollars of repairs. They then claimed the car was sold privately to absolve them from any responsibility. We are currently proceeding with legal action having hired a lawyer and applied to NCAT as this car was not cheap. 176A Parramatta Road Granville NSW 2142
