This business needs to be closed down for fraud dishonest practices. They're "invoices" have almost zero information regarding parts or what they've changed out. You would only do that if you're hiding something. They also don't even really document anything. I had to ask for another receipt/invoice and they had to go "find it". When I do get an invoice my milleage in was 0 and out was 1. If they didn't have to manufacture a fake invoice to try and cover themselves they would have the original invoice. See what I mean? This place is horrible please from my experience don’t bring your car here this man charge me 4,500 for my 2010 Lexus transmission. John said the job would be done in 2 weeks well that was a lie he kept my car for 3 months excuse after excuse then for me to pick up my car and it was still running g bad he claim it was something loose but how is this what I paid you for well he finished something loose but he didn’t have time to fix it and to bring it back well the situation got worse really bad bought it back he said he was ... read more

If your transmission light comes on or if you have transmission issues, bring your vehicle in to have John at Wholesale Transmission check it out. I had my car here recently and I can highly recommend their service.

John and his crew correctly diagnosed my differential and transmission problems on my Ford F150 and not only did they find some problems I was not aware of , they fixed those too! The price was far below what I was expecting. I will not bring my truck anywhere else for transmission and differential work!
