This will be my last time buying from this company. They advertised a 2 to 3 day delivery and after calling them on the 4th day and speaking with Marcos they hadn't even shipped the tires yet. I received shipping information later that evening that they had shipped. The Customer Service Staff person (Alex) does't seem to be a good fit for customer interactions and was not helpful in resolving my issue. After waiting 11 days and lots of phone calls I guessed at which location the tires might be at and drove close to 60 miles ... read more
