I ordered two tires online 10 days ago and they still haven't been shipped.
TERRIBLE customer service. Can't answer any questions and claim it's protocol. Was out on hold for 20 minutes after rep refused to help me. Called back and went ahead and cancelled my order and went with another company that was $80 more but had great service. You guys suck!
