Called at 8:00am and talked to the owner Jerry and Walter. Needed a service truck. Jerry said he would have the road truck to me by noon. I have called him every hr. I talked to Jerry at 5:30pm and he said don’t give up he’s on his way. It’s now 7:00pm and the service truck never came. Nether Jerry or Walter will pick up their cell phones after putting me off for 9 hrs.
