They sent me an estimate for system and it was 37,000 bucks. For the do it yourself project I can have a company come in and do it for less. What a joke

A lot of headaches could be avoided if they only supplied the tech support they advertise.

I bought a 5kw system. its was easy to install. zach was very helpful with questions I had about the install. I have had the system in for about 5 months. last year in Oct. my electric bill was 126. this month it was 24 dollars. well worth the money

Be patient with them, they aren't a huge company. Myself, I live about 3 hours from them, so when I buy from them, my wife and I enjoy the trip out-beautiful drive! Pick up our stuff in our truck. Still cheaper than shipping.

Respond to customers. At 8:29 AM PST on 8/23/2019, I called Wholesale Solar to get a quote for a complete 20 panel solar kit. I obviously got some kind of answering service that collected some basic information and then informed me that a sales associate would contact me within 48 hours. What... 2 days to respond to a possible new sale? What to do? Well it has been about 50 hours since my call and nothing. No callback, no email, nothing. They have a slick website and great information but it is nearly impossible to actually talk to a real person. I have been working on a quote and getting my permit for out installation. it has been almost a week to get help with simple questions. They talk about supporting their customers through the process of installing a system but have not followed through
