I’ve always liked dealing with these guys, especially Murray when he was there. But now when you call & your made to feel like you’re bothering them and there’s an under lying urgency for you to hurry up and place your order. They have lost their customer service sadly .
We won’t go anywhere else. The entire team were incredibly helpful and the range they had was fantastic. My husband and I commented that for all our landscaping supplies this is the only place we would go. Highly recommend.
We have been dealing with WSC for the past 4 years since building our home in Googong and we couldn't be happier. Great products, great service. Murray and his team are always so helpful. Jenny's knowledge on products and pricing is spot on and her advice is also invaluable. By the time we finish our place, we will own shares in WSC!
Experience was pretty bad. Prices are high. They don’t believe in returns as compared to bunnings and other places.
