Not recommended. Buying the hot tub went well, but the service after the sale is sorely lacking. It took them 3 weeks to fix a fuse, which meanwhile, we had record temps of -20 and my hot tub was without power (not my fault). Now, because they took so long to fix it, now the hot tub won't hold water, and they say that's my fault (again, not my fault they took so long to come fix it in the first place). Now it's going to be another 3 weeks until someone can fix the leaks. It really wasn't worth spending $10,000 on this thing,... read more
