They did what they said they were going to do. I am going to buy a second outdoor kitchen for my lake patio.
Do NOT buy anything from this company. Total fraud! I purchased a $10k outdoor kitchen from them at the Houston Home Show in Feb. I should have known something was off when I had to send them cash via Venmo to a personal account. They said they would deliver it the next week and set everything up. I never heard from them and then they arrived at 9pm on Sunday night during a terrible rainstorm. ZERO STARS if I could. Terrible customer service once they take your money. They do not deliver the product or assembly as promised and refuse to fix it and do not deliver or send you the agreed upon items. The seam where the two units come together does not match the rest. They used a roll of electrical tape to level the unit (how was that going to last?), traded out non scratched up product with scratched up product when they came to "fix" the seam and now will not answer phone call or texts. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Assembly of product was absolutely terrible and we did not get all of the agreed upon accessories upon delivery. There is a very visible seam that can be seen from a mile away due to using the wrong color for the seam. When we reached out, they said they would fix it but did not. Instead they came back out and traded the non scratched up side burner cover that was initially delivered with a scratched one and traded the glass front refrigerator that did not fit in the space properly with a scratched u... read more
