Sam and Brad at Wholesale Manufactured Homes in San Marcos were so helpful in assisting us with selection and design for our ADU, especially Sam. He went above and beyond always answering my questions, providing updates and providing great communication. I also did my price due diligence, and they do offer the best pricing, even compared to out of state dealers. Andrew Johns was the rep that helped us pick out and customize a new house as well as upgrade and modernize our mobile home lot with concrete. He was over the top with communication. He helped us throughout the process to make it as easy as possible.

We ordered our house about this time last year. Our house was delivered in May and we took occupancy in June of 2025. We could not be happier with the process or the end results. To start, we initiated the process with Brad R, Who is based out of the San Marcos office.
