Andrew Johns made this whole experience and journey bearable. Inherently it’s a very stressful process, but he made it fun and enjoyable, helping me pick out all my finishes start to finish. We started looking at the floor plans, choosing colors, designs in December and moved in to our new home in July. Sam and Brad at Wholesale Manufactured Homes in San Marcos were so helpful in assisting us with selection and design for our ADU, especially Sam. He went above and beyond always answering my questions, providing updates and providing great communication. I also did my price due diligence, and they do offer the best pricing, even compared to out of state dealers.
