I had a terrible experience with their service. I called Rob because the connector on my forklift charger melted due to loose wiring they had installed. They assured me it would be fixed properly next time, but when the connector burnt again, I called Rob to complain. He said he would check the invoice and send someone over, but I never heard back. They know it was their fault and didn’t take responsibility. I recommend going to a professional instead of these guys.
Recently Purchased a Taylor X300S from WLT, the level of customer service is second to none. Thanks WLT!
WLT Staff always put the customer first! Hard working and reliable when you need it most.
Cole is very rude and he has a very arrogant attitude. I would not do business here and recommend others to steer clear !! Buyers be aware !!
