UPDATE. GOT IN TOUCH WITH OWNER TIM AND HE GOT MY ORDER EXPEDITED AND I RECEIVED IT WITH NO ISSUES. TIM FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH HIS WORD AND GOT MY ORDER OUT TO ME QUICKLY. ALL THE SHUTTERS LOOK GREAT ON THE HOUSE. TIM THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GETTING US TAKEN CARE OF.
My shades did not arrive even close to when promised; the installers did not appear to know what they were doing as most of the shades did not work or were obviously broken when they left and said the job was completed; the burden was always on us to call regarding scheduling delays and malfunctions; even getting the warranty in writing took multiple attempts.
