Have NEVER worked with any business person that's as unreliable as the owner Robert. Beware...he scammed me out of my 50% deposit and after 2 months he still hasn't performed the work. More excuses than you can imagine. Job never started. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau & KRQE Investigates.
Customer service is not top priority with this guy! We just finished the construction of our new home and Robert did the glass and shower doors. He is a little messy with the install. We had clean mirror mastic off our new counter tops in two bathrooms. The rest of the work look satisfactory. We started having a problem with our daughter’s shower door hinge letting the glass go. Owner stayed late with my truck rear view door mirror need and got the job done. Highly recommend.
Robert is great. His prices are better than a glass door that we bought 4 years ago, and that is after the recent price inflation as well. Robert treats you exactly like what you would expect from a small business of 50 years ago. I'll definitely be back for any of my glass needs.
