Company is slowly going downhill since the change of ownership. 30%+ price increases in a year, no availability, and longer shipping. Very disappointed

I received my order of 600 hooks within days if that!, even came with a handwritten thankyou from Matt! First time buying from Wholesale Fly company the shipping was delayed by USPS. I contacted Bob the owner and he rush shipped a replacement order no questions. Five stars for customer service. The hooks, dumbbell eyes and thread are of the highest quality and very affordable. Five stars for price and quality. I will be buying more from Bob, as long as he doesn’t tell my wife.
