Purchased a used engine which started having issues within the 1 year warranty. They weisled out of honoring the warranty. *****, the sale manager ****** me along and then made a decision on his own without going through proper channels, Called me a lair and wouldn't contact the mechanic who worked on the vehicle .. ************ on his own . Stay away from this place. I tried to take the 1 star away .. they need a negative star . Scammers

This customer purchased a remanufactured engine. Had the engine longer than one year and then overheated it. Admitted that he overheated it in writing and then kept driving it after it cooled down without being repaired. We didn't have to call his mechanic and we never told him we would. The customer must deal with their own mechanic as we're not the ones who hired them. He was given every chance to follow the terms and conditions of his warranty but apparently doesn't understand that you have to do that to have a valid warr... read more
