Great support. Whirlpool spas are the best built and the best for Alaska. The galvanized steel framework is far superior than wood which will rot in wet environments. Components, panels, hardware, pumps, heater function very well. The insulation batts are much easier to deal with than spray foam enclosed interior, especially for maintenance and repair needs.
What a huge headache. First they ordered the wrong parts, then sold me some song and dance about how they were the right parts, but I also needed a conversion kit. So I ordered that, it was just another bunch of parts, some right some not. So then ended up with a bunch of extra parts I couldn't use (all individually priced. Turns out there are no "kits" that's just something they made up to sell the extra parts), and they refused to take any of them back.
