Bought a 2010 black dodge in Oct. 2024 and still have not received a title !!!!!!!
Do not Trust this place. Was looking for a nice safe family vehicle and was sold a GMC with the computer tampered with so no engine light came on. Cam shaft, timing, fuel pump all bad on it within one day. Not to mention in two months in and still haven't received my title so I can't get rid of the car either. After going through the Ohio Attorney General who did nothing for me I'm just at a complete loss, have no working car, and I have to pay to get a duplicate title.... Crooks who don't care about you or your family
DO NOT BUY from here!! Bought my car and they said the electric box was bad and the alternator and battery were fine. Next morning I go to turn it on and it don't start. I needed a battery and alternator. Then they didn't even have my title, I got it 2 days before mine expired and it was in a Friday when I couldn't get my plates. I asked for a week- week one and they said no. Needed less to say I'm speaking with the Attorney General about this and getting something done. This place is a scam!!!
WARNING: PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! I purchased a car from them back in february. A 2011 Chevy HHR. The first thing I noticed on the car after we test drove it but it smelled like antifreeze leaking. He proceeded to tell me I guess being female, and not knowing at all what I know about cars. I told him I smelled antifreeze and his response was "No that's not antifreeze you're smelling, that's heat..." Wait? What kind of off the wall comment is that? First repair three leaking O-rings. They absolutely screwed me... Their inspections left me with a POS that took months to repair, while I sat in rentals. Then, I was told that the lemon they sold me was fibe on inspection and the issues I had were random. They didn't take responsibility for the heap they sold me and leaned on the idea that I got what I got. This agency doesn't care about their clients or the quality of their vehicles. They just want you to sign on the line.
