Horrible business. Won't return calls or emails. When you call they say "they'll have someone call you back". Never happens. I lost a lot of money. Thieves!!
The worst communication I have ever had with someone is sales or wanting to sell something. Makes me feel great about spending thousands and waiting to see if anyone shows up and how sketchy the contractor is.
Jessica Tuttle was amazing, she has great communication. Never had any problems whit wholesale direct carports. I am very satisfied with how all the details I wanted on my building came out exactly how I wanted it! I got a 40’X60’ comercial building and it looks amazing! I definitely plan on using this company again for any carport I would like in the future 10 out of 10 recommend!
They were not truthful. When it was time for them to install the building, they raised the price and blamed the increase on the manufacturer and would not give us back our deposit.
This has been the absolute worst company I have ever done business with. $10,000 in concrete after jordan told me they could get a building done only to be let down by them and custom built structures. Several delays no return phone calls or emails. Please do your research on this company and who they purchase from you will be surprised at what you learn. YouTube video on the whole process that I have experience is coming very soon.
