After a previous disappointing experience with contractors, I was initially wary, but the installation of the ventilated ceiling went smoothly and met my expectations. The technicians were knowledgeable and attentive to detail, leaving me satisfied with the quality of their work.
I was prepared for a repeat of past disappointments, but the technician quickly diagnosed the issue with my ventilated ceiling and had it repaired in under two hours. He explained that the problem stemmed from inadequate duct support, which he was able to rectify efficiently.👍
The technician communicated well throughout the visit. I knew what he was checking and why, which made the whole experience reassuring.
Ducts repaired quickly, vents working perfectly.
I was initially hesitant because I had previously been overcharged by another company, but they thoroughly explained the issues and completed the maintenance in just under an hour. The technician found a clogged filter that the first company hadn't mentioned, which made a noticeable difference in the system's efficiency.
