I was referred to Wholesale Direct AC and Heating by a neighbor for I needed a new AC unit, I’m so glad I was! Initially worked with Anthony on proposals, Anthony was extremely professional, amazing and a pleasure to work with excellent! The AC installers Carlos and Matthew also very professional, focused on doing everything the right way did a great job very impressive. The receptionist and billing girls also helpful and customer focused. I definitely recommend Star Quality and would use them in future.
ur experience with Wholesale Direct AC and Heating in Vero Beach, FL, was incredibly unprofessional. Their super low prices unfortunately match their terrible customer service and installation work. The owner does not stand behind his product or work; instead, he tries to bully customers who complain. We strongly advise you to shop elsewhere—anywhere else!
This guy is a scammer, sells defective units as if they were new, he's very nasty and disrespectful if you ask him to fix anything, his installer also very incompetent, installed unit with no ground connection and did a terrible job with the lines. Will be filing suit
