10 stars. Bob is patient, knowledgeable, and honest. He also has a smart business model that enables him to sell the same quality carpets for literally half the price of some competitors. His installer Brandon did a great job, was easy to work with, and even saved us some $ with a more efficient measurement & install plan so we bought less carpet but still had some left over.

I first came here in late 2021 or early 2022 and met Bob. He took amazing care of my aunt and I. We talked and saw that he cares about connecting with his customers. I found myself needing more of that same flooring to finish a couple of rooms today and I went to see him. He helped me ensure we were getting the correct flooring and got it ordered even at the end of the day to ensure it would be here as soon as possible (not something he can control - but he can and WILL try). Good place to buy carpet. Bob was very helpful and wanted to find the best price for me. Way cheaper than every where else. Good quality for the price. Was not sales or upsell pushy. Installer was really good and fast.
