Review for Sep 2025. Had a friendly and professional experience here when I brought in my blinds with a broken cord lock. They had the part I needed and I liked that they offered me options for just buying the part and repairing it myself, or paying for a repair at a fair and reasonable price.
Alyssa and her team are amazing. Not only do they really take the time to help you make the best choices for what you need but they are fast and clean at install. Our blinds in the office are easy to use, do exactly what we need them to do with the light blocking and semi-permeable look. Thank you for your work!
☆☆☆☆ Extremely Unprofessional Behavior I recently invited a representative from Wholesale Blind Factory to my apartment for an estimate. I politely asked a few questions about their product warranty and mentioned that I had received quotes from other companies for comparison.
