I called about a building. I ask if they were approved in our co. I was put on hold, they came back and said they were. My son paid a 1,500 dollar deposit just to learn the next day they aren’t approved in our area. They wouldn’t refund money, they WILL NOT answer phone to give updates on building. They are DEFINITELY not where you want to buy from if you want customer service (just answering phone) or accurate info. Sorry excuse for company.
Walked in a lot of units and spent at least an hour there, seen some guys loading up but no one greeted us or even came to see us. Happened at a mobile home place nearby to so maybe thats normal for the area.
I know there’s negative reviews on here but my experience was awesome. Took my money, delivered it early, set up guys nice, and I just pay the lease payment now and there wasn’t any issues.
