Lydia and I went to Massage school together, and I can attest to the fact that she is a wonderful massage therapist still! So intuitive and relaxing, and her massage was extremely helpful. I will be back!

Lydia is awesome, as a human and as a massage therapist. I’ve been going to her for over 2 years, and would recommend her to anyone. I can tell she’s genuinely invested and engaged in her profession. I don’t ever feel like I’m getting a standard, run of the mill massage. She adapts and adjusts to what my body needs each time. She uses a broad range of pressures, and applies all of them skillfully. I’ve really appreciate her work as I’ve moved through stressful times and dealt with lingering old injuries.
Lydia does a great job. Her massages have a very nice flow to them, and I like her energy and she gives out of very caring and sweet vibe! Truly a nice and relaxed experience to be in her presence and have great body work done! Antoinette 🙂
