To say it short and sweet: I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Kevin sets the standard, he goes above and beyond to create a safe and comfortable environment. Part of why I felt so safe and comfortable was the amount of education and time Kevin is willing to take to talk me through the process, the specific piercing, and the aftercare. This was an amazing experience, i’ve had multiple piercings and this was by far the best.
I just went earlier today to see Kevin at Wholehearted and I was incredibly nervous despite the fact that I have a lot of piercings and tattoos already. Kevin made me laugh the entire appointment, had no problem dealing with my indecisiveness on jewelry. I got both of my nostrils pierced and It was so quick! Parking is a little funky but that is no way shape or form the shop's fault. I will 100% be returning for any other piercings that I may be considering knowing that I'll be taken care of and have an amazing experience.
Very nice spot with professional service. He was really nice and fun and I learned a lot about my piercing. I highly recommend booking or even stopping by. Kevin has a great energy that makes you feel welcomed, calm, and with a side of laughs. Also, loved the artwork so much! Thank you Kevin!
