Kai and his support team provided a professional service for the first stage of our landscaping works; we're very happy and will be booking them again.
Weird company. I sent an enquiry on their website for landscaping and the next day I received an invoice for $110. No one even bothered to speak or call me.
Engaged to replace a small block wall and paving at the entrance of our house. 5 stars to Kai and his team for the quality of the finished work.
If I could give zero stars I would. Appalling service. This company is supposed to service a block of apartments in Paddington, fortnightly. They came on the 1st April & then the 7th May - NOT fortnightly. And then the “gardener” turned up to do a unit complex without a mower so whipper snipped the complex. Seriously?! Of course the lawns were very thick as they hadn’t been mown in a month so this was useless & then the cuttings were just left all over the lawn. Definitely do not recommend. Really disappointing service all in all. I contacted While Yards after getting a magnet in the mailbox. I was temporarily unable to do my yard due to an accident so needed someone to do a regular mow and yard clean. I spoke to Chris the estimator and explained what I wanted done and how I wanted it done - I had some issues in the past with a lawn company who had killed the grass with a whipper snipper.
