Tracy fixed and found the problem! Satisfied.
Overall had a very uncomfortable experience. Tracy walked around barefoot the entire time, asked to massage the inside of my mouth without washing her hands, and was on her phone most of the massage (she dropped it mid massage and only massaged with one hand). Additionally, there was no technique as she just focused on my legs (when I specified on my intake form that I just wanted to focus on my back) for 60 minutes of the massage, just using one hand….felt weird and disjointed and will not be returning. Tracy is phenomenal! I have had massages from 2 previous masseuses and no one was as knowledgeable and good as Tracy! Tracy begins the lymphatic massages by opening the lymphatic system first. No one until now has done such! She is dedicated and will patiently work on the areas of your body that needs attention. I highly recommend Tracy and I will return again! Thank you Tracy!
The owner has poor customer service skills, she's very rude and I do not recommend that anyone book with her for any massage. She refused to refund a payment even though she canceled the appointment. If you want great service, I strongly encourage you to book elsewhere. Apart from her being 10 minutes late, she then said we had to reschedule for a different date. This business should be closed permanently. If I could put 0 stars I would.
