Stacey is a very knowable practitioner who listens to all concerns and carefully considers options that might benefit your overall health and well being. She is sensitive and non-judgmental about how the patient wants to approach their health journey. She has a deep knowledge of both naturopathic medicine as well as traditional medicine. I am very impressed with the level of care that I receive at Whole Systems Heath Care and Dr. Stacey Windham.

Hello! I began my wellness journey with Dr. Stacey Windham on November 1, 2023. This was the first time I had met with a Naturopath Doctor, and I was blown away by the wholistic approach of wanting to know everything going on with my body, and making connections as to why I have low iron, why I can't sleep, why I have autoimmune disorders, etc, etc. Naturopath medicine is focused on being our best selves instead of Allopath medicine which hands out prescriptions but never addresses the root of the problem or how to fix it. I cannot thank Dr. Windham enough!! She is so thoughtful about her approach and incredibly knowledgeable about my issues and concerns with perimenopause and weight gain. She has been able to give be a piece of mind and ease with my body. Her testing was thorough and she was able to create a specific plan for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Dr. Stacey Windham is a wonderful medical professional. I began seeing her 3 years ago when I was at my worst, battling symptoms every other provider brushed off. Dr. Windham listened intently & was extremely thorough after going through my 45 year medical history. I have never felt so seen & heard. She made recommendations for labs & supplements after discovering many deficiencies that hadn't been communicated to me previously. She is flexible, responsive and delivers whole person care. I highly recommend seeing her.
