I have done a few sound baths with Emily, and each time has been a different but wonderful experience. I have also done life coaching with Mitch. I’ve learned new things about myself and gotten a new perspective on life and how I view it. Both Emily and Mitch are very good at what they do. I would highly recommend them for healing purposes.
