Had an incident, but the owner, Ari, reached out to me to smooth things over. Really rare nowadays to get this level of customer support, and I was pleased with the service and food. It's a little pricey but if you're getting the pizza fresh it's good. Minor things are the employee not mentioning the punch card system sooner, and the summer, buy one get the next one half off deal, but it was fine overall; the customer behind me mentioned the system so I was able to take advantage of those things.

Love this place for a quick slice, rotating daily specials, the deep dish Sicilian is always spot on, crust is nice and crispy, sauce is the bomb…get a side of their house made ranch, super good! Some of the best Za I’ve had the pleasure of rifling down my neck.
I decided to get a pepperoni slice and a soda the other day and when I walked in the cashier immediately greeted me with a warm welcome. The service was quick, the manager was very friendly, and all around the food was phenomenal. And, the best part, the pizza wasn't greasy at all. Thanks for the great experience, I'll definitely be back again.
Food was eh, wasn't too impressed. But what annoyed me more was the absolute lack of customer service. One of the employees really has poor manners, and I don't know if it was because of my skin color? Because he treated other customers that came after me, that had the same skin color as him with MUCH more warmth. And judging from the way he conducted himself, I suspect he might have unfortunately been the owner/manager? Really just taken aback at the absolute rudeness of this individual.
