Terrible customer care! Will never shop there after the treatment of customers and return policy...on items with tags still attached!!! This will cost them more than the damaged item they forced customer to keep! Be very careful who you are treating badly. If you like to make a profit at the end of the year, alienating good people should not be your business model!!! Poor business practice!

I am sorry about your experience, Jackie. I spoke with Kelly, who sold the costume on Sunday and says she inspected it. It had no snags when it left the store. If these pieces are left unattended, dogs will get to them and chew them up. I would rather you be happy so please come back for a new set of wings.
