Dr. Rhymes is an observant and knowledgeable physician. She has shown concern for me as a patient and as a person. She listens and takes action. Not the kind of doctor who is more concerned about getting you in and out as quickly as possible. She has also surrounded herself with kind, respectful, and supportive staff.
My appointment was at 10:00am, I arrived at 9:50 and I was waiting for over a hour in the waiting room. I was there from 9:50am to 11:05am and I still wasn’t seen. Literally wasted my time
Wonderful experience every visit.
Never provided the referral I requested multiple times and being assured it would be provided and never happen. And my last & final visit with Dr Rhymes, she performed, at best, a superficial exam, never even listening to my heart, muchless looking in my ears, nose or throat. She seemed more concerned about my social life than anything else. I was very pleased with how in depth the new patient visit was. Staff and PA are wonderful ladies. They listen and give detailed information. I'm actually excited I found them.
