Echoing what other reviewers have said below. Alex is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. He cancelled on me same-day so we rescheduled to a different day. I showed up to the office at the time of my appointment and found him asleep in his chair. I woke him up and he said we would need to reschedule again. This was a huge waste of time, gas, and money. Definitely would not recommend.
Not your typical Zen massage experience—so if you’re looking for a peaceful, spa-like atmosphere, this might not be the place. The space is a bit chaotic, and the practitioner is an elderly man who seems to struggle with emphysema, which made the session feel a bit uncomfortable at times. That said, the price is right. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I did NOT have a good experience! This seems to be a SCAM. I had an appointment that got cancelled, due to weather. I kept calling and leaving voicemais, and after the third voicemail, he (Alex) finally called back. We scheduled a new appointment, and I was to be there 15 minutes in advance. Which I was. I was there at 8:45am and waited until 9:15. ALEX WAS A NO SHOW! I CALLED AND TEXTED HIM! I wasted my time and my money on gas.
