Whole Mind really goes out of their way to make sure you feel alone and unsupported. They failed to refill a medication that can't be stopped without serious risks. Then there's no way to contact the doctor, so you can't get it urgently filled. Absolutely awful service. It's important to be able to contact your mental health provider and yet you can't. This is my wife's experience and review that I am sharing - "I don't write many reviews, but I have to review my experience with Whole Mind. Tessa, a team member, worked literal miracles to get my son's treatment approved through his insurance. He was aging out of his insurance and wouldn't be able to finish the treatment in time. Tessa called and called and worked her Magic with the insurance company to get it covered for the entire treatment. Everyone at Whole Mind has been exceptional! Best staff ever Just have to double down and say they really are the best
-They are very disconnected between front office, administration and billing department. Could not get anyone who could provide information regarding what they were billing us for. -As far and the psychiatry service, after one round of treatment, that did not work, they had no idea what to do, or where to go next. We were left hanging with no follow up, of any type, as to the mental condition of the patient. =Psych meds are prescribed with not follow up regarding the condition of the patient or refiles.
