TL;DR: Megan Keetch is unprofessional and ill-equipped as a psychiatrist. If you have multiple mental health disorders or a complex case, DO NOT SEE HER. She can't handle it and will abuse you for her shortcomings. I was a patient of Megan Keetch for 7 months and felt neglected and unheard for most of the relationship. My husband has been seeing Shaun Winter for almost a year and has really liked him. Updated: Ive been at whole mind for 2 years now and I still highly recommend them. They are the best Clinic in Utah! 💯 Originally I saw Dr. Tom Rayner, he was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I am currently being treated by Mandi Spens who is A PMHNP APRN. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She has really listened to my concerns about my panic attacks and ADHD. I appreciate her A lot. The staff at Whole mind are very polite and well spoken as always!
Very unprofessional, Carissa called every pharmaceutical company I gave her to call in too and told the pharmacists about the combination of pharmaceuticals I was on and conditions she didn't even treat. I was dismissed from one pharmacy and I live in a very rural area.
I had a consultation with this office, and during the consultation there was a question about whether they took my insurance or not. They promised to comp the consultation while they looked into it, and I never heard back. Then, over a year later, they sent me a bill for the meeting, despite promising they wouldn't. So, I reached out to them to express my surprise, and they told me they would put my bill on hold while they looked into it.
