Every single person on Erica’s team is super kind and even more knowledgeable. You can tell that there is great intention put into the office space to be both accessible and safe for all. If you are in the Raleigh or the Triangle area, you won’t regret visiting Whole Mentality.
Whole Mentality is a practice I would refer anyone to for EMDR therapy, clinical supervision, or therapy for anxiety/depression/trauma. They are super inclusive and affirming for the LGBTQ community and anyone with a marginalized identity.
The clinicians and staff at Whole Mentality are kind, welcoming, and informed. The practice as a whole is inclusive and affirming and an overall wonderful place to receive support.
