A total lifesaver for new moms! I started with Emily’s birth class, which gave me incredible calming techniques and self-advocacy skills. Then I stuck around for prenatal yoga, which worked wonders for my pregnancy aches and pains. Eventually I started going to the mom meetup events and met lovely people I was able to relate to on our journeys of motherhood. Loved the birth class with Emily ! She is a wealth of knowledge and made my husband and I both feel at ease! My husband Niall didn’t think we needed to go but at the end of the class said he’s happy he went and felt it was very helpful! Highly recommend this and all of the other classes and sessions Emily offers!
I have had the pleasure of watching Emily grow her business and her team over the last few years. When I became pregnant this year, I was excited to be able to utilize her business's services. I signed up and attended an Empowering Birth Class recently. The in-person knowledge and guidance provided in addition to the online resources greatly exceeded my expectations. I love that Whole Mama is the ultimate pregnancy resource in Brighton, that there is no need to go to a bigger city! I highly recommend!
So kind and friendly! I was also able to find two dresses, a shirt, and carrier for $35. So happy to support Whole Mama Michigan. Thank you for being an amazing company! I already feel that I have more guidance for our first little one.
Such a great space for moms! Everyone is so kind and accommodating. The mommy and me yoga was adorable and healing. There is even a small shop for maternity/nursing goods. Everything and everyone here is very mom- and baby-friendly.
