Dr. Serena with While Life Medicine has been one of the few doctors that I feel has ALWAYS respected what I had to say around my lived experiences, how I was feeling, and what my concerns were. She has never made me feel like my insights were not valued. This is such a rare find, that even when we've moved, I continued to commute (sometimes over an hour) to keep her as my provider. I highly recommend her!

First appointment with Dr. Serena and she was everything and more I had been told. My only regret is not getting into her earlier. We had to be on video due to building issues, but that did not stop her from connecting, listening and hearing me. She has played out a plan of care, followed up immediately on items she said she would. Truly a wonderful and very knowledgeable doctor.
After going through uterine cancer and a total hysterectomy I was referred to Dr. Serena at Whole Life Medicine. She is very knowledgeable and responsive as well as empathetic and supportive. I finally feel like I am on the right track to feeling normal again.
