Always shows mismanagement in sending lab work requirement and calling in for medicine. Extremely disappointed. Needs to show more responsibility and care.

Thank you for providing feedback regarding frustrations you have had in our office. On July 10th 2019 our practice experienced an overwhelming randsomware attack, and thieves locked all of our medical record keeping and management systems, despite having industry standard IT measures fully in place. No patient privacy information was accessed. We sincerely apologize for the impact this has caused to all of you who have entrusted us with your care.
I have been seeing Dr. Serena for years. She is a wonderful and very caring provider, and has always been there for me. She exudes compassion and intelligence I have and would recommend her to family and friends. Love her.
