I have had a complex mix of healthcare concerns, and Dr Serena has been incredibly helpful in getting to the bottom of some of these issues and providing top notch referrals when specialists are needed. I have really appreciated her depth of knowledge, notes /informative documents on the portal, and ease of scheduling/availability. It has been a fantastic change from my previous network.

Awful experience. Came in looking for answers about PMDD and to talk about my whole body experience with hormone fluctuations. The doctor spent a very hurried 5-10 minutes just tossing options at me without letting me process or ask questions, made several suggestions to treatments that arent appropriate for me for a variety of other medical reasons, and left me feeling confused and like I'd attended a lecture. Dr. Serena answered all my questions and provided research and guidelines-based explanations and suggestions in a concise and easy to understand manner. She asked only relevant questions and is clearly very passionate about her work and patients. Unlike most providers I've seen for many years, almost the entire appointment was actually spent in conversation relating to why I was there instead of the usual bureaucracy/logistics. I would highly recommend Dr. Serena, especially for women.
My PCP was unwilling/unable to have a in-depth discussion about HRT. I was recommended to Dr Serena by 2 separate people. They weren’t wrong. I feel listened to and well informed with options regarding my care. The online scheduling and option for video follow up visits is perfect for my schedule.
