dr. McKenzie is a knowledgeable and friendly physician. Her knowledge is top-notch and she is willing to work with patients who are at different levels of care requirements. She offers a variety of ways of making appointments such as telehealth and in person and does not have a preference for either, leaving that up to the patient all in all a very good doctor.
Do not waste your time! Pretty horrendous experience with this doctor. She literally wasn’t listening to anything I said, and the patient notes are completely wrong. They do not line up with anything going on except for one point, which she took the duration of our appointment to disagree with me. No treatment plan, and I tried messaging her twice with no response. Complete waste of my time. I have no idea how she is still practicing she seems completely uneducated. Serena is a wonderful doctor who has taken care of me for years - I really appreciate how positive and caring she is. Her office is very personable and friendly - I highly recommend this doctor!
