Great gym!
Owner is friendly and responsive, gym is huge with tons of free weights and barbells. Lots of rubber plates and platforms for Olympic lifting, plus assault bikes and rowing machines for those that need that cardio. 5/5 will visit again.
I love it at Whole Life! Everyone is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable no matter what level you’re at. Jessica is awesome at explaining each move and working with you until you’ve perfected it.
Fun place, great workouts, awesome people
Found them on Instagram and their post said you could come try out a class for free. Signed up to attend a boot camp class this morning, and wow. Everyone was so welcoming, fun and supportive. The way the class was set up was very inclusive for everyone. They take the time to show multiple ways to do each workout . The instructor said “It’s your workout, make it work for you” and I have never once heard that at a gym. That’s a GREAT thing to say. 100% will be back.
