These guys have really done a great job with customer service. Had a hiccup with the initial purchase of my Profitec Drive, that was resolved quickly, very well and they went above and beyond. Have since reached out twice with questions to tech support and both times they have been responsive. Stephen gave me a call and sent me an email with support videos. Really cool to see a company stay committed to helping their customers learn after the purchase!
