Had an issue with my unit that had nothing to do with the unit itself. It seems like there was some kind of assembly error with the water tank. As a mechanically, inclined technical guy, I was absolutely thrilled that one of their team was willing to FaceTime with me and troubleshoot the issue live I wanna shot out Todd he deserves a raise.
