I love our Gaggia Magenta Prestige. Perfectly balanced coffee that is so easy to make. Going from Nespresso it’s more cost effective and I like the ease of customization of my coffee drinks. Finally customer service is really responsive if needed.
We purchased an espresso grinder from Whole Latte Love, and this experience has guaranteed we won’t be using them again. The grinder arrived and did not perform correctly. Even with proper setup—correct dose, WDT distribution, and a consistent tamp—the unit produced unstable extractions with severe channeling and spraying.
