I don't know that I could ever repay what they've done for me over the years. They are always available for a professional consult or to provide me with the smallest of parts. I've never felt pressure to send my machine in for service rather they try to help walk me through the fix. They unselfishly post videos on all sorts of topics helping people from basic cleaning to some pretty in-depth repairs. I sincerely mean it when I say...this is how you run a company.
I ordered a Rocket Appartemento TCA. The picture of the unit had a black finish. The machine I received has a stainless steel finish. After waiting over 30min on the phone I finally spoke to someone would not address the problem even gaslighting me saying the picture looks a bit darker on the website but they’re the same. Check the pictures. Avoid them at all costs.
I have been doing business with these folks for over 10 years. Exceptional products and service. Most recently, about 2 months ago, I received wonderful advice from Alyssa in the sales department on how best to replace my Gaggia machine that just died (14 years great years!). UPDATE: One month later and my review has not been added as owner promised in the reply below: I used to be an admirer of Whole Latte Love. Now I do not trust them. I bought a Red Varia AKU Pro Scale and I submitted a review to provide my transparency for not loving it. Whole Latte Love did not post my review (see below) to the Red Varia AKU Pro I purchased early in 2025. This feels somewhat unethical to me.
