I installed a whole house fan 6 years ago, and loved this company and the product so much, I have recommended them to others. The timer on my switch recently went out and after calling whole house fan, learned the initial warranty was out. However, the 15 year warranty on the overall product applied. We have had a Fan installed from this company for several years. It needed some work and they came right out and repaired it. Very quick and thorough response. We have always been pleased with their work and their commitment to customer service.

Great company to work with and great product! Kelsey is gracious over the phone and Gabriel was very professional when he installed it. Really love the way it cools my house without running the A/C!

This company was recommended to us by my cousin and my niece and, boy, Whole House Fan Co did not disappoint! When I called to make the appt, Kelsey was patient & kind, and explained the different sizes of unit that may work for us. She recommended two, in particular, which the technician brought with him. Neither one fit our space so the technician drove to the local warehouse to pick up the correct size and came back to install it. 5/5...I highly recommend this company. =)
