My whole family is so pleased with the care that our caregiver is providing my father. She keeps him socially engaged by taking him to the library and encouraging him to read again, walks the neighborhood so he can meet people and plays various games to keep his mind focused. He really looks forward to the time and attention she gives him and we have seen an increase in his energy level. Her personality is a perfect fit for him and we are grateful for the excellent care she provides and her professionalism.

I think prior reviews for Whole Hearted are from when they were owned by its founders. It is now under new ownership. I had to put my mom in assisted living after this company dropped the ball on more occasions than I can count. They were ultimately incapable of providing adequate care. We gave them six months(!) of repeated opportunity to right wrongs. Instead, I ended up having to personally train several of their staff who were inadequately vetted or experienced. The Whole Hearted team has been an incredible support for my mother and our whole family. The team's care and professionalism comes through in every interaction. We can rest easy knowing shifts are covered with top notch caregivers. Our mother has really responded well to the women who have shown up for her and we are very grateful.
