The most professional and skilled massage therapist I’ve ever had. Shannon M. is a calm, careful listener and deeply skilled body worker. Her studio is always clean and quiet. Scheduling and payment is streamlined. My hip and shoulder issues have been totally resolved. Highly recommend.

Shannon is an incredible Qi gong instructor. I always feel relaxed and refreshed after her session. I highly recommend.
Shannon is just the best! She helped me gain at least 2” by getting my muscles to relax, finally my shoulders are away from ears and my neck shoulders back are relaxed. I feel like a whole new person when I walk away from her massage table. She’s just the best!
I've been coming here for years because Shannon gives the best healing, deep tissue massage I've ever experienced. I've also been to the Qi Gong classes and learned so much about movement and breathing. Just a cozy, peaceful, friendly space to be.
